Each piece is made to order, created with care and without waste. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks depending on fulfillment location and shipping time.
At times we offer small batch pieces which may arrive sooner. Thank you for your patience and for choosing a slower, more intentional way of creating. It means so much to us.
Delivery times depend on where your order is fulfilled, the destination address and the carrier that completes the final delivery. Because each item is made to order, fulfillment and shipping timelines may vary slightly by product.
Your patience allows us to create responsibly and avoid waste.
We currently ship within Canada only. This allows us to grow with intention and stay aligned with our values.

Our pieces are made to order and fulfilled by trusted global production partners.
Your order will ship from the location best able to complete your item at the time, which may include Canada, the United States, Latvia, Spain or other regional facilities depending on stock and availability.
This flexible fulfillment approach reduces waste and helps your order arrive as efficiently as possible.
We do not include shipping in our product prices because we donate 25 percent of our profits.
Keeping shipping separate allows us to stay transparent and direct more support to the causes we care about.
Most Canadian orders arrive without added duties. However, if your item ships from outside the country, customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s border services and are not controlled by William Bennett.
Customers are responsible for any duties that may be applied to their order.
Some pieces may arrive in separate parcels. This happens when different items in your order are fulfilled at different production centers or require different packaging.
Separating shipments helps your items arrive more efficiently and reduces unnecessary delays.
Tracking may take a few days to activate once your order leaves the fulfillment center. If you are concerned about a delay, please reach out to us with your order number and we will be happy to assist.
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please email us as soon as possible at williambennettwear@gmail.com
We can update your order if it has not yet entered production. If the order has already shipped, replacements can be sent at your expense. If the address was correct but the parcel cannot be located, we will work with you to find a solution.
