DELIVERY & SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
Each William Bennett piece is created just for you.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days, then shipped from the fulfillment center best able to complete your order at the time.
Where does my order ship from?
We work with several trusted global fulfillment centers.
Your order will ship from the nearest location that has your product, colour, and size in stock.
Most orders are fulfilled from:

USA
-
Latvia
-
Spain
-
Occasionally Mexico or other EU facilities
Because inventory levels vary, we cannot guarantee that every order will ship from the same location each time. This flexibility ensures orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Most Canadian orders arrive without additional duties, but not always.
Customs fees are determined by your country’s border services and are not controlled by William Bennett.
Examples:

T-shirts may ship from Latvia, Spain, or the USA

Hats may ship from Canada or the USA

Totes generally ship from Canada but may reroute if stock levels change
If your order ships from outside your country, customs fees may apply.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties.
We will always use the most efficient fulfillment route available.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn’t arrived on time:

Check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy.

Visit your local post office or check with neighbours.

If needed, email us at williambennettwear@gmail.com with your order number.
If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, replacements can be sent at your expense.
If the address was correct and the parcel cannot be located, we will work with you to make things right.

How are your products made?
Most items are made to order — no mass production.
On occasion, we offer small-batch runs of select pieces (such as hats or totes) especially for events or limited collections.
Our fulfillment partners use responsible printing practices and treat each piece with care.
You can feel good knowing your piece was created with intention, whether made just for you or as part of a limited batch.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:

A photo of the item

Your order number
-
A short description of the issue
We will replace or refund the item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged or wrongly fulfilled items.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
We do not offer size or colour exchanges at this time.
Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page to find your best fit.
If you believe your item was mislabeled, contact us and we will take care of it.
Do small-batch items follow the same policy?
Yes. All made-to-order and small-batch items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
This helps minimize waste and supports the causes we care about.
